Early Contractor Involvement: Design, Engineering, Cost & Time Estimating
Our in-house Pre-Construction professionals work with you to determine optimised design and engineering plans, specifying the dimensions, materials, and structural requirements to form robust budgets, project plans and timelines to ensure project's feasibility.
Procurement and Fabrication
We purchase locally sourced materials and in our very own fabrication facility, we cut, shape, weld and assemble raw materials into the required components, according to design specifications.
Surface Treatment
Fabricated components such as steel undergo surface treatments (such as galvanising, painting, and/or powder coating) to protect against corrosion and enhance durability.
Quality Assurance and Control
Rigorous off-site and factory inspections and testing procedures are conducted to ensure all materials supplied meet relevant Standards and specifications before being delivered to site.
Logistics and Supply
Our Logistics team ensure finished components are packaged, labelled, and transported to the construction site according to the project timeline. This involves considerable planning and coordination to ensure safe and timely delivery of materials.
Construction
At the construction site, the building components are safely assembled and erected according to the engineering plans. Once the building is watertight, completion of building services, finishes and landscaping will occur in accordance with agreed specifications.
Final Inspection and Handover
After installation, the completed build undergoes final cleaning and inspection to ensure construction compliance with design specifications and safety standards, before being handed over to the client for occupation.
